We will do all we can to ensure timely delivery of your gift, but we do want to make you aware of how things actually work. When placing an order needed for a specific day, please consider possible delays beyond our control such as weather, UPS closings, holidays, and weekends. Please do not count the day of actual shipping, weekend days or holidays in your estimation of number of days for arrival. In addition, on the comments section of the order form, please tell us the date needed by (and please make sure it is within the range of our shipping capabilities noted at the time on our home page - as these are based on the volume of present orders) and we will do all we can to accomodate it and/or notify you if we can not.

We ship Diapergrams using UPS Groundtrac for destinations within the continental United States. UPS uses dimensional weight to determine shipping costs. Dimensional weight considers density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight, to determine billable weight. Calculations of dimensional weight are based on the International Air Transport Association (IATA) volumetric standards (subject to change without notice). Due to this method and the associated costs, we have suspended our full bushel gift basket option. We are looking into alternative packaging so that we can offer a larger size but with more affordable shipping costs. Our half bushel gift baskets are not affected.
We hope that you understand that although shipping rates are beyond our control, we continue to monitor other shipping companies rates and determine which one is the best value. At this time, UPS offers the most affordable solution. We appreciate you sending our unique, personalized diaper gift baskets to welcome new babies. |
