Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Diapergrams takes great pride in creating the perfect gift to welcome your special new baby. If however, you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will be happy to exchange, refund or issue store credit on any non-personalized item*. PLEASE NOTE: In the unlikely event that we misspell a name on a personalized item, we will replace your gift. However, we can not be responsible for names misspelled on the order form. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer as well as re-shipping for incorrect addresses. (*Special orders not included. All items requiring personalization are considered special orders and are not refundable.)
